Please note: Due to COVID and driver shortages, we cannot guarantee all orders will be delivered on a next day service. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive.
The majority of orders arrive the next working day when placed before 11:00am Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5pm on Fridays or during the weekend will be processed at the first possible opportunity on the next working day. Deliveries in rural areas and out with the UK Mainland (e.g. Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Isles etc.) may require an additional 2-3 days for arrival.
Our couriers deliver between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Please ensure your delivery address is manned during these times or provide us with instructions on where the product can be left. The driver cannot phone to give advanced warning.
Contactless Delivery Instructions
Packages will not be left unattended unless instructed. You will have opportunity to leave delivery instructions at the checkout, such as "leave in porch" or "leave behind bin", if you prefer contactless delivery, or if you are not going to be at home.
After 2 failed deliveries goods are returned to our warehouse in accordance with the delivery company's policy. You may request the item is dispatched again, however we reserve the right to charge another delivery fee in accordance with the fees paid to the courier for the new booking.
Green Terminator & Sprayer Orders
Orders that include Green Terminator products and sprayers are dispatched from separate warehouses (no additional charge) and will arrive with different couriers. In most cases, the Green Terminator product will arrive first, shortly followed by Royal Mail with your sprayer.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Please check any received items immediately upon receipt of the delivery. If you have received your item and found it damaged or not to be as ordered, you must inform us immediately. In this case, you may return the item to us within 14 days of the date of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging materials intact. Items meeting these requirements will receive a full refund, minus any shipping or collection fees. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if products are received not in accordance with these requirements.
In accordance with distance trading regulations, we will accept returns for any reason so long as it is reported within 7 days of delivery. If the product is correct, intact or otherwise exactly as ordered (for example if the buyer ordered the wrong product) we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of uplift.We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received not in accordance with these requirements.
Ordering from Northern Ireland or Ireland?
You must have an EORI number and arrange your own transportation as our couriers are unable to ship outside of the UK mainland. Please get in touch with us on 0800 368 8535 to process your order.
